Fitness Challenge-Week 2

Hey guys! Week two's meal plan is exactly the same as week one's. The only difference now is that an exercise routine will be incorporated. It's nothing too technical, simply do it immediately after waking up. The reason why exercise is included in this week is because, your body will be used to the diet and then will reach a plateau. The exercise will then help to boost your metabolism.

Two Weeks Fitness Challenge - Day 7

Wowza!!! One Week already...Who's ready for weigh-in on Monday morning. Please let me know your results. I would definitely love to know how this plan worked for others, if you guys had the same results as me. I'm definitely sure that if you really followed the plan you will definitely feel different which is the whole point of this challenge. It's not about being skinny but being Healthy and Fit. Two weeks Fitness Challenge - Day 3

Hello loves! How's the challenge so far,I'm definitely sure you'll have been feeling lighter by now. Don't be scared of eating as many times as you can, as long as you're hungry. Below is the meal plan for today.

So, today is a mixture of the two previous days, only that there's no potatoes. Eat as many different fruits and vegetables as you want excluding bananas!

Two Weeks Fitness Challenge

Hello guys! As noted, on Monday, I'll be starting a fitness challenge which will run for two weeks. These past months, I've been researching thoroughly on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle without my purse suffering and after so many trials and errors, I finally found one that worked for me. Understandably, what works for a person, will not work for another, but I tried these with some friends and we all got roughly the same results.

Lately, I've been seeing more high street brands branching into makeup and not the generic nail polish, hand creams, pocket mirrors or makeup bags. This makes my heart sing as I love that there are now more affordable makeup with reasonable quality out there.
