Two Weeks Fitness Challenge - Day 7

Wowza!!! One Week already...Who's ready for weigh-in on Monday morning. Please let me know your results. I would definitely love to know how this plan worked for others, if you guys had the same results as me. I'm definitely sure that if you really followed the plan you will definitely feel different which is the whole point of this challenge. It's not about being skinny but being Healthy and Fit. Enough rambling, let's move on to the meal plan. Who's ready for some meat!!
